There is no contact form on this site. Email and post are the two ways to reach the publisher, and both go to the same place.

We read everything that arrives and reply to anything that needs a reply, usually within a few working days. If your message concerns your personal information, put the words "Privacy request" in the subject line, which routes it correctly and starts the 30-day clock described in our Privacy Policy.

What we can help with

• Corrections. If something in the course is wrong, out of date or unclear, tell us which page and what you found. This is the most useful kind of message we get.
• Questions about how this site is funded, beyond what the Affiliate Disclosure already explains.
• Requests about your personal information, under the Privacy Policy.
• Accessibility problems. If a page is difficult to use with a screen reader, a keyboard or at a larger text size, we want to know.

What we cannot help with

• Anything about a specific game account — passwords, suspensions, purchases, refunds or technical faults. We have no relationship with any game account and no ability to look at one. The vendor is the only party who can act on these.
• Technical support for your computer. The course explains how to find information about your machine; it does not make us able to diagnose it remotely.
• Advice on whether you personally should play a particular game. That is your decision, and the course exists to inform it rather than make it.
• Legal or financial advice. The material on this site is general information only.

What happens to your message

Your email address, your name if you give one, your message and any attachment are held in our mailbox so that we can reply. We keep that correspondence for 24 months after the last message in the conversation, unless it is needed for a legal claim, and then delete it. Nothing in it is added to a mailing list, because we do not have one, and nothing is sold, rented or shared for marketing. Anything you send that we do not need in order to reply is deleted when it is lawful and reasonable for us to do so.

You can write to us from a pseudonymous address if you prefer. The only exception is a request to access or correct personal information we hold, where we may need enough detail to be sure the information is yours before we act on it.
