What this site is

Exact Ratio publishes a reading course about online vehicle combat games. It is general information for a general audience. It is not professional advice of any kind — not legal, financial, consumer or security advice — and it is not tailored to your circumstances. If a decision matters enough to need advice, get it from someone who can look at your particular situation.

The course is not accredited training. There is no sign-up, no assessment, no record of who has read what, and no certificate or qualification results from reading it. Nothing is stored about your progress, because the site stores nothing about you at all.

Accuracy and change

We write each page carefully and review the course at least every six months. Even so, the subject matter moves: game vendors change their requirements, their prices, their terms and their privacy policies without reference to us, and they can do so the day after a review.

So nothing here is a substitute for checking the vendor's own current material before you act. Where this site describes a product, that description comes from what the vendor and the affiliate network have published; where we do not know something, we say so rather than guess. We do not warrant that every page is complete, current or free from error, and we correct anything brought to our attention.

Third-party sites

This site links to sites operated by other people, including the War Thunder website, the affiliate network that operates our links, and Australian government bodies. We do not control any of them and are not responsible for their content, their availability, their terms or their handling of your information. A link is not an endorsement, and following one takes you outside this site and outside these terms.

Affiliate links

Some links on this site are paid affiliate links. If you register an account after following one, MBRODA s.r.o. receives a commission from the affiliate network that operates the link. Your cost is unaffected, and nothing in the course requires you to follow one. The arrangement is set out in full on the Affiliate Disclosure page.

Using the material

The text and design of this site belong to MBRODA s.r.o. You are welcome to read it, print the checklists, and use them for your own purposes or within your household. Republishing substantial parts of the course elsewhere, or presenting it as someone else's work, is not permitted without our written agreement. Brand names mentioned belong to their owners.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement. Those rights apply regardless of what this page says.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, MBRODA s.r.o. is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from anything you do after reading it, including any decision to register for, install, play or spend money on any game. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the information or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

Decisions about software, hardware, accounts and spending are yours. This site exists so that those decisions are better informed, not to make them for you.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The effective date at the top shows when the current version took effect, and continuing to use the site after a revision means the revised terms apply to that use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, where MBRODA s.r.o. is established, and the courts there have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. This does not displace any consumer protection you have under the law of Australia, or of the place where you live, that applies regardless of a choice-of-law clause.
